What is your shipping policy?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number sent in your dispatch confirmation email for the latest delivery updates. 

Delivery timescales are dependent on the delivery option selected at checkout and the chosen destination. 

Customers shipping to the UK should expect to receive their order within 5 business days from the day of dispatch.

Customers shipping to the US should expect to receive their order within 6 business days from the day of dispatch.

For international destinations, customers should expect to receive their order within 10 business days.

When will my order arrive?

You must enter the promo code when checking out as it cannot be applied retrospectively. The codes will not apply to products on sale unless otherwise specified. Only one promo code can be used at a time. 

Discount codes may be subjected to specific purchase conditions: minimum purchase amount, specific items, set timeframes, customer eligibility, and use limits. Please make sure you are following those conditions to get the discount associated with the code.

Once you're in checkout, you can add your code into the promo code box on the right hand side of the page. Make sure to click 'Apply' once entered and proceed to payment.
